The Biopharmaceutical sector of Puerto Rico has robust Business Continuity plans. These plans were activated because of the approach of hurricane Fiona to the island.
As of this time most of our plants are fully operationally using alternate energy sources. All our employees have been accounted for. We are confident that the product supply to our patients around the world will not be affected by this atmospheric event.
Our plants leadership and employees are focused in maintaining our plants operating as usual, while provided the necessary help to our employees, and the surrounding communities.
We will continue to collaborate with the private sector and local and federal emergency agencies for the benefit of patients around the world.
